Naše Polje is a boutique residential development in a quiet part of Bar, between Old Bar and the modern waterfront. It is designed for year-round living, work, family life and holidays of your own.
The working concept includes approximately 36 apartments, landscaped grounds, parking, a lift, a mini SPA and a private fitness club for owners. Final specifications will be confirmed in the project documentation.

What does Po + S + P + 5 mean?
The Montenegrin designation describes the structure of the building levels. In total, this is up to eight levels: basement, semi-basement, first ground floor and five more floors.

Total: 1 basement + 1 semi-basement + 1 first floor + 5 upper floors = up to 8 building levels.
This is a contractual limit. The actual number of floors, the purpose of the levels and the composition of the premises are specified in the final design and permitting documentation.
