This page explains the processing of data when accessing through the Naše Polje project website.

Who receives the appeal

Appeals are addressed to BIOM CLUB DOO, PIB 03418324, Bar, Montenegro, and the authorized project team.

What data is saved

Name, phone or email, message text, apartment of interest and type of request. Along with the request, the time, language, site domain, sending page, source page address and advertising tags from the page address are saved. Do not indicate document data, bank details and other confidential information in free text.

What is the data for?

To answer a request, find an apartment, provide materials or discuss cooperation. Processing of your request is based on the consent you provide in the form. The form does not create a separate subscription to advertising mailings.

Storage and Access

Applications are stored in a private part of the site. The project owner has access. Technical resubmission protection records are limited in time. Applications in this database are stored for up to 90 days; The period for further conduct of the transaction is agreed upon separately. Backups are protected from public access.

Cookies and third party services

The site uses the necessary session cookies to secure forms and login. Advertising pixels and analytics are not currently connected. Fonts and interface are downloaded from this site. The Google map is connected only after separate confirmation; Google then receives the technical connection data, including the IP address. Links to instant messengers and other sites lead to services with their own data processing rules.

Correction and removal

You can request correction, deletion of data or withdraw consent by contacting the project team via contact form. Please include the contact with whom the original request was submitted so that the team can find it.
