The project is currently being prepared. About 36 apartments, the number of floors, the composition of common areas and engineering solutions refer to the working concept and can be specified. We will inform you about the start date of construction and completion date after confirmation.
The declared early price is from 1,800 €/m². After the start of construction, a guideline of 2,100 €/m² is provided. The price of a specific apartment, the availability of the offer and the procedure for fixing it are agreed with the company and are fixed in the contract.
Installment plans are available directly from the company for up to 2 years. The down payment, payment schedule and terms are agreed upon individually and are specified in the contract.
The final apartment design is still being developed. After approval, layouts, areas, floors, prices and current statuses will appear on the website. You can already leave a request for selection.
Topolica city beach is approximately 2.7 km away. This is not the first line: for regular trips to the sea, a car or a bicycle is more convenient. The Old Bar, shops and transport are closer.
The working concept includes landscaping, parking solutions, an elevator, mini SPA and club fitness. The final characteristics and conditions of use will be determined by the design and contract documentation.
